Chocolate Rolo Blossom Cookies

These chocolate rolo blossom cookies are my new favorite! Perfect to make for the holidays and Christmas time!

Ingredients

• 48 pieces Rolos candy
• 1 stick unsalted butter
• ¾ cup granulated sugar + ¼ sugar for rolling dough
• ¾ cup packed brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp milk
• 2 ¼ cup self rising flour
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla and beat until well combined.
2. Add in the eggs and milk, mix again until well combined.In a small bowl, combine the flour and cocoa and whisk together.
3. Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, mixing well until everything is well blended.
