CRACK PINWHEELS

It's finally time for college football!!! The first games are being played this weekend, and we are SO excited! We are going to be whipping up a batch of these Crack Pinwheels to snack on during the games. Pizza dough stuffed with cream cheese, ranch, cheddar and bacon. SO good!!! They are great dipped in additional ranch dressing! YUM!

These Crack Pinwheels are great as an appetizer, snack or as an accompaniment to soups and stews. Heck, I ate them for lunch one day! LOL! This recipe make 32 Crack Pinwheels. You can easily half the recipe if you don't need that many. These pinwheels taste great hot out of the oven or at room temperature. Perfect for tailgating!

  • 2 tablespoons ranch mix 1 packet
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 ounces cream cheese softened
  • fresh minced parsley optional, for garnish
