VIENNA BREAD

This bread can be made in shape of rolls or baguettes. It is softer than traditional European baguettes, and has a fine texture and a sweet taste. You can make delicious toasts or sandwiches with your favorite filling, or even serve it as a side with soup or pasta. My family loves this bread toasted with butter and it gets over in no time. Its hard not to eat this beauties as soon as they come out of the oven, simply irresistible.

This bread is known as Pain Viennois. You can check more details on this bread here. This bread is inspired from one of my favorite chef of the real deal cooking channel.
