- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups roughly chopped cabbage
- 2 (14-1/2-ounce) cans no-salt-added diced tomatoes

- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
